Screeds

A wide variety of screed processes are available:

Self-smoothers - Polyurethane and Epoxy
2-6mm. Ideal for pitted or crazed concrete to achieve a smooth finish. Anti-static grades available.

Epoxy Screeds
To repair broken areas of concrete. Available in a wide range of colours. Outstanding abrasion and impact resistance. Normally requires sealing or coating.

Polyurethane Screeds
Normally laid at 6-9mm. Available in a wide range of colours. Outstanding abrasion and impact resistance. Self-sealing. At the correct thickness (9mm) can be steam cleaned.

Pump Screeds
Normally laid at 6-100mm. Cementitious. Quick cure.

Concrete Repairs/Expansion joints
Broken/spawling concrete is removed and repaired with epoxy mortar. Broken joints are re-cut and filled with epoxy/polyurethane joint material which is highly flexible to allow movement and prevent future breaks.
